  1. Hotel and Room Descriptions / Information

    Reasonable care has been taken that the content of this website is correct but it is subject to amendment at any time without notice. All content on this website is published in good faith.
  2. Reservations

    All reservations are personal to you and may not be sold, assigned or otherwise transferred.
  3. Customer Service

    Our privacy statement is incorporated into these terms. From time to time we may randomly record telephone calls as a security measure and to improve customer service click here for privacy policy.
  4. Complaints

    Any complaint about the reservation service must be notified to the Amhurst Hotel in writing or by email as soon as possible. Any complaint regarding the hotel must be brought to the attention of the hotel reception as early as possible during your stay and, if not resolved to your satisfaction, should be notified to the Amhurst Hotel in writing.
  5. Liability

    The Amhurst Hotel does not accept liability for any omissions or errors and reserves the right at any time to change information published on the site. The Hotel does not accept liability for any loss either indirect or consequential that may arise from the use of or connected with the Amhurst Hotel website or for any products or services purchased from the Amhurst Hotel website.
  6. Change to Booking Terms

    The Amhurst Hotel reserves the right to change these terms from time to time.
  7. Cancellation

    If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of GBP 20.00 will be charged.

    If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
  8. Deposit

    The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
  9. Important Information

    Please note: the deposit charged on the day of booking is refundable, subject to the cancellation policy.
  10. Law

    Your booking is governed by English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. The booking confirmation and these terms represent the entire agreement between the Amhurst Hotel and you. You confirm that you have not entered into the contract with the Amhurst Hotel on the basis of any representation not expressly incorporated into these documents.
  11. Hotel Room Types

    The room types used by the Amhurst Hotel are as follows:

    Single room: Contains one single bed. Suitable for one person.
    Double/Twin room: Contains one double bed/two single beds. Suitable for one or two people.
    Double/Twin room with en-suite bathroom: Contains one double bed/two single beds. Suitable for one or two people.
    Triple room: Three single beds, or one double bed and 1 single bed. Suitable for three people.
    Triple room with en-suite bathroom: Three single beds, or one double bed and 1 single bed. Suitable for three people.
